Pack Your Hardware
Carefully place the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
